On April 15, Shaanxi investment Xinxing organized the first comprehensive budget management committee and first quarter budget analysis meeting in 2022. Xu Tianyou, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the company, Liu Ling, deputy secretary of the Party committee and general manager of the company attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Members of the comprehensive budget management committee, main leaders and financial principals of subsidiaries attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Liu Xinjun, member of the Party committee and chief financial officer of the company.
The meeting heard the analysis report of the comprehensive budget management office on the budget implementation of the company in 2021 and the first quarter of 2022, and each holding subsidiary made a special report on the budget implementation of the first quarter of 2022.
Liu Xinjun conveyed the spirit of the key document of the group's comprehensive budget management in 2022 and arranged the budget management in 2022.
Liu Ling required that subsidiaries should strengthen the awareness of budget control, summarize experience in the process of budget management, continuously improve the level of budget preparation, strengthen budget analysis, take the initiative and actively seek solutions to the problems existing in the implementation of the budget in the first quarter.
